On June 27 the Superior Court of the District of Columbia issued three administrative orders regarding attorneys eligible to receive pro bono appointment, special access to juvenile records, 和 Criminal Justice Act Panel attorneys.

行政命令 24-06  lists the attorneys at Hogan Lovells US LLP who have completed the Superior Court Trial Skills Program Trainings 和 are now permitted, at the discretion of the appointing judge or magistrate judge, to receive appointments from the Superior Court’s misdemeanor 和 Class 2 felony adult cases pro bono.

行政命令 24-07  grants NORC at the University of Chicago (formerly the National Opinion 研究 Center) access to juvenile records to conduct a multisite study on youth defense delivery systems, 实践, 以及相关的结果. NORC may publicly share the aggregate results of the analysis, but no final analyses or reports shall contain any data or information from which it would be possible to identify any party, 见证, 社会工作者, 审判人员, or other person contained or mentioned in the juvenile case records.

行政命令 24-08 lists the full 和 provisional members of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel. 没有停职或停职, the attorneys listed as full members are appointed to the CJA Panel for a period of four years. Provisional members serve two-year terms 和 must apply to become full members before their term expires.
